We are seeking a dedicated and talented Community Manager to help us continue to grow and thrive.

As the Community Manager at Bell Hollow Apartments, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community. You will lead a full team of professionals, ensuring that our residents receive unparalleled service and support. From leasing and marketing to resident relations and property maintenance, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our community while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably at a 200 unit community
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Excellent understanding of leasing, marketing, and financial analysis

Base salary plus bonuses, depending on experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
